Very straightforward and quick, once the process started. The initial interview was really just a screening, but the second interview was more of a dialogue to dive further into the nature of the position, as well as my personality, background, etc. as a potential candidate. The interviewers were wonderful representatives of the company and increased my interested in working with Philips.
