1 phone and 1 panel and the phone was easy but panel was like no direction. but one of the interview person was rude as he was asking all out of box questions

Three stage interview process. One with HR via teams,one with regional management in person ina location suited for potential employee and another technical knowledge interview. Good process to learn more about the company and their values.
