Philips Supply Planner interview questions

I applied online. First, there was a quick phone screening with HR, checking my background (20 min). A few days later there was a general phone interview with HR person (60 min). I was asked to go through my CV and explain what do I understand about the job I'm applying to. (The HR person confessed he's lacking the understanding of this position.) Third, I was invited for a personal interview with the hiring manager (60 min). The procedure was very easy, no skill tests or AC.
