Interview
I sat across from two people. They asked me several questions and wrote down their feedback while I answered. They were VERY focused on my tangible skills and ability to analyze data. They stress knowing excel. It was all behavioral/situational questions but you must have specific answers. Have situations prepared beforehand.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Phillips 66 (Houston, TX) in Sep 2016
Interview
I applied through campus/university portal and was contacted to set up an interview on campus. It lasted one hour and was mainly behavioral questions specific to my technical data analysis experience. A week later I received a call saying I had gotten the position. They don't fly you out to see the office or meet anyone else until the first week of the internship.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Phillips 66 (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Interviewed on campus by two members of the marketing dept for 1 hour. They asked behavioral questions and then wrote while you went through the STAR response. Stressed data analysis skills and excell use. Horrible experience because the two members from Phillips were rude and uninterested in what i was saying. They acted like the candidate was already chosen. Would not reccomend a company like this to anyone.
