The interview process was quite simple. Talked on the phone three times with management, and then the sent of a job offer. Went back and forth a few times, then they sent over an offer.
Virtual interview with project manager and regional manager. They described the work Phillips and Jordan does as well as described their culture. They asked a few of the typical interview questions that were easy to answer.
