Talked with manager about employment history, filled out paperwork! I met staff on unit. Took drug calculation test. Talked with human resources. Wendo nursing residency classes. Went perinatal classes. Met with preceptor. Worked secretary for admission information.?
Phoebe interview process was a breeze. Got to interact with multiple managers. Even received an offer on the spot. Worked with my schedule and even able to self schedule on app.
Email with questions,then phone interview with recruiter then they set you up with interview with nurse manager on floor then you may or may not here back from them. I interviewed with someone other than the nurse manager that was nice and very easy to talk to, when I came onboard the nurse manager was very nasty and not easy to talk to and diddnt like anyone on the floor. She seemed to hate everyone and had a bad attitude .

Welcoming. It is a panel interview and they will make an applicant feels that he/she is only hanging out with some friends. Random questions, just anything that you would not expect.
