Interview process took a total of 4 weeks, with 5 total stages which included personality assessments which felt wholly unnecessary and also ableist (would be impossible for those with ADHD), as well as mathematical assessments which were utterly irrelevant to the role.
In the interview process, you will be strung along and may sometimes wait 6 days or more between responses to any requests for updates. The role was very meagre pay, yet the interview process was similar to that of a CEO. After all of that time and personal effort, if unsuccessful you will receive an automated clinical rejection. No value for the time of their candidates. Maybe the worst interview experience I've ever had.
