The interview process was 3 rounds, 1 design task and 2 psychometric tests 1st Round: Phone screening with HR (15/20mins) 2nd Round: Video interview with the lead designer (30/40mins) Design task and tests (72hrs to complete) 3rd Round: Video interview with the head of marketing with the lead designer sitting in (1hr) They went through my entire CV asking the same set of questions about each role The whole process took a week and half. It wasn't difficult but it was very thorough and time consuming, I was fortunate to get the job but would have felt quite frustrated after all those steps if I hadn't gotten it. Also good to note that they request your references contact them rather than the other way around so make sure to give your referees plenty of notice!
