Very unprofessional. They've sent an initial mail that I'm shortlisted for an interview, had the interview, presented my rate and then they described the recruiting process which is so, so long, 4 interviews in total. Then I got no answer from them as we discussed to move to the technical interview (the first one was just to introduce ourselves and discuss a little about the opening). As said above, a few days passed, no answer until I got an email which was exactly the same as the first one got from them but with a small difference. Instead of saying I was shortlisted for an interview, it said I wasn't. When I've asked the recruiter on Linkedin what was that about they've replied it was a mistake and actually they wanted to send me an email to inform me I wasn't going to the next phase (which was weird as they had no way to decide this in an interview where I was just introduced to what the company is doing). Also they didn't want to give any feedback.
