Interview
While long and certainly challenging, it was a very positive interview experience. Firstly, a screening call, then competency based interview with a team member, the mental and behavioural tests and final round with hiring manager + 1 other. Received a call to let me know they went with another candidate and shared feedback which was very much appreciated. Very good impression of the company based on the interview experience.

Final round was a top grading interview - Rating yourself on each previous role and how your previous managers would rate you, what you liked and disliked, what were you good at and what you could have improved on / done better.
