He asked if I was experienced in working remotely and why I was interested in the role. They’re a small company so showing interest was key I believe. I haven’t heard back however.

Forget exactly but hiring manager and one other, behavioral interviews and one more formal interview I don’t remember what is was called but was methodical with set of questions, I think it is more customary in Ireland where the company was founded
