I found the job listing on craigslist. It directs to their website where you fill out an online application. Couple weeks later I received an email saying they wanted to interview me. When I showed up they had me fill out a paper with my avaliblity. It was me and 10 other people. They lady showed us a powerpoint about the company and what we would be doing if we got hired. She ask question directed at the group, not towards one person. So if you really want the job just be outspoken and answer all her questions. Some people just sat their and didnt say a word.
