I guess the best way to describe the experience is to say that they didn't ask me any of the questions you get if you do a search for "common interview questions". That was such a relief. It was a two part interview. In the first part I talked about my past job experiences and they talked about the company culture and were trying hard to make it clear what you can expect from this particular job position. The second part, or the second session, involved talking about the technical details of my previous job experiences and they also shared some relevant points from their experience of building such an awesome product.
