First process is resume shortlist after that there were three rounds of interview and each round happened for an hour.1st round questions was entirely from resume and asked to do onspot poster.
Interview process was smooth. Recruiters give proper information about the process prior to the meeting. Hiring managers make you feel comfortable before they get into details of the interview. Once the interview starts then it’s more of how we interact with the manager and bring out our experience and knowledge to answer the situation based questions.
