I applied for a junior role in Nov 2024. The process was slow (3-4 weeks per interview) and unorganized. After attending a 2+ hour in-person interview in Jan 2025, I was told I'd receive an update soon. However, I never heard back. Following up 3 weeks post-interview, I was informed they were "extremely busy." The job posting has since been removed, and I never received a rejection email. The lack of professionalism and communication from the HR office was disappointing.
