Interview
I would say the interview was negative, but I'll just say the process was bizarre and uncoordinated. I first received an invitation to interview, I assume through a LinkedIn message, and scheduled a date and time to speak to a recruiter. A few minutes before that, I get an automated email that my interview has been cancelled. I reach out, and it seems that it's a technical problem. Technical problems happen, no big deal. For some reason, I get moved on to a next round after having talked to no one. This next one was truly unprofessional. I schedule a time with a new recruiter, but never get any confirmation or even a calendar invite. I proceed to get a no-show email, and when I message that I just never got a calendar invite I get a reply saying "weird". That's it. No apologies, here's how to reschedule, nothing. Next day I got a message saying they had reviewed my application (which one?) and are going with other applicants (please do) I understand things can be chaotic, but these are two strikes. Needles to say, left a sour taste in my mouth.
