This was a video interview and the interviewer basically regurgitated my resume back to me without asking me any questions. They maybe asked like 2 questions? And then they basically told me that my portfolio isn't what they're looking for because it's too corporate...so I'm guessing that they didn't look at my portfolio until we were actually in our interview which was a waste of my time. I did the whole interview (if you can even call it that) just for them to tell me that they aren't that interested. After that, he told me that he would follow up but I have heard anything back and it's been weeks. Please don't reach out to candidates if you aren't fully prepared. Read their resume and look through their portfolio before writing your interview request emails.
