After great conversations with HR and the hiring manager, I was asked to complete a take home project. It was a very well thought out and challenging prompt. I then had a half-day interview which consisted of the at home project presentation and interviews with other PicnicHealth team members. The recruiters were very responsive and transparent throughout the entire interview process. Once I completed the half-day interview, I chatted with the CTO as my final step before receiving an offer. Overall it was a great experience. The one downside of this process was that there was a gap of ~2 weeks between my first interview and half day interview.
