Phone screen, hiring manager call, lengthy four-part take home project, presentation of the project + 4 team interviews, then a final interview with a C level. The take home project took a really long time to do and didn't seem to hold much weight in the hiring decision. The team was nice enough but seemed disorganized when it came to the actual interviewing process.
