Unfortunately they use a 3rd party for their technical screens, Karat. It is always incredibly disappointing when the company interviewing you does feel as though it is worth their own engineer's time to do a technical screen. This is supposed to be an excellent opportunity to see how their own engineers work, and what it would be like to work there. The interviewer at Karat was not collaborative at all and seemed very disinterested, which said a lot to me about what it would be like to work at PicnicHealth.
