Interview
1. Initial screening over video call - did not feel like an organic conversation. They did not care to get to know candidate, asked questions that could’ve been on a questionnaire.
2. With much hesitation, I went through with the second interview. Again, no desire to get to know the candidate. Heavy focus on your skills and whether tou can do the job or not. I did not get the feeling that you will be valued or get good support. Did not want to continue the interview process as the company culture did not suit what I was looking for. By far the worst interview experience I’ve had.
