I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Piedmont Airlines (Philadelphia, PA) in Sep 2018
Interview
The interview was in a group format. The recruiter first did a brief presentation and overview of the ramp agent position and then asked questions for each of us to answer. After the round of questions, we had a brief test based on the presentation and what the recruiter told us. A few days later, I was given an email extending an offer of employment and an invitation to attend orientation. At orientation, we filled out the full employment application, background check, and motor vehicle records forms.
