Tell me about a time you had to make a difficult decision
A recruiter initially calls you with the screening questions. They will help you schedule a panel interview where multiple managers will be asking questions. Both behavioral and clinical questions were used. The recruiter returned with a response by the next day.

They will do a round robin questioning likely about what to do and normal values for sepsis and STEMI along with normal values for lactate and cvp ect. Typically all of the critical care managers will be in the interview and give you offers for which ever ones want you at the end.
