I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Piedmont Healthcare (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2024
Interview
It was short, nice and sweet. The interviewer was very welcoming, and it was just like having a conversation. I had to interview with the manager alone. I was very nervous before interview, but during the interview the manager was very pleasant and ease my nervousness. I got an offer 30 minutes after the interview.

Interview
Manager didn't even come to the interview or bother to call in advance but I was called by a recruiter to reschedule. Typical interview with a manager after a recruiter phone screening. There was another person there that barely spoke the whole time so it was very awkward. Anyway, this place talks about diversity and inclusion being important but then you get on a unit and everyone looks the same so you already know what the outcome is going to be after the interview. If you know, you know.
