I was initially emailed a questionnaire a few weeks after applying asking about skill level and to list people people I admire.
I had a phone screening and was asked several “tell me about a time when” questions. I then made it to a face to face interview.
I thought the customer service team, although cordial, was very unorganized during the interview. They were fifteen minutes late meeting me and walked me all around for several minutes up and down floors to try to find a room to talk to me. The interview was eventually conducted in a small room the size of a closet. The two interviewers (customer service manager and team lead) lacked personality that would have otherwise been crucial to someone in customer service and to enticing a new candidate looking for the right career path.
