The hiring process was quite simply if you know the job. I applied for Designer I position in Fort Mill,SC online. About 1 to 2 weeks later, I got a call from hiring manager for a phone conference call interview with 3 people. Another week, I went in for in person for about 90 minutes. The next day they made me an offer.
