Decent place to learn, starting pay is low and benefits are basic . Good starter lineman company . Could be good career if you suck up to bosses . Don’t expect a raise unless u ask repeatedly. And even then it may be 1$ For the year . Usually contract pays more , Atleast that’s what I thought . Also not a union so don’t expect to be treated fairly .
