They haven’t responded at all — I followed up by email and on LinkedIn, but received no reply. It feels like they completely ghosted me despite my efforts to reach out and maintain communication. I’m disappointed by the lack of professionalism and acknowledgment after showing genuine interest.

Interview
The interviewer was a bit unprepared (busy person) and there was no real structure to the interview, but we still managed to have an effective and informal conversation. I feel like I had many opportunities to show my personality and talk about my experiences, interests, and suitability.

All of the questions were fair and anticipated. One question always worth preparing a long answer to is "why are you interested in this position". You have the opportunity to fit in a lot of information about yourself here.
