The hiring manager contacted me after a direct application on their website. I also got referred by an employee in the meantime. After forgetting to call me 3 times, the phone call dropped and we never finished our interview. I only got time to explain my current role and he quickly discarded my profile without letting me finish the interview. I know that they're busy right now but Pindrop should work on their recruitment process. It's really chaotic!
