I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pinterest (Dublin, Dublin) in Dec 2020
Interview
1 phone interview with HR + 1 videocall interview with team leader + videocall with the team (4 people and team leader) one to one and group call, presenting a case I had to prepare in advance.
Process was nice and it took a total of 2 weeks. Everyone was kind and made me feel like there is no wrong answer. I've spend a few days preparing the case and had to present it to the team, after 121 videocalls with each of them. Feedback on the report I've prepared prior to the call was positive. I thought that I was going to receive an offer.
However, the next feedback I've received was standard rejection email message. No hard feelings at all, but considering that I've went through the whole hiring process, some more customized feedback on why I was not selected would have been much appreciated.
I've applied again for a different role but I couldn't get a call from recruiter again. Looks like a good place to work.

Interview
Recruiter screen went very quickly, so quickly I could not tell whether I did well or not. She didnt ask any follow up questions, so I couldnt tell how she was assessing me or not either.

Interview
final round was very challenging - 6 people on call that were drilling in terms of challenging client questions. Up to then the other rounds were good. Ended up not getting the offer.
