Interview
I applied for this role online, and was contacted by a recruiter around 1 week later. The recruiter call went great - I was very impressed by how kind and knowledgable my recruiter was. At the end of the call, she let me know I'd be moving to the next round - another call with the hiring manager.
Here's where things take a sharp turn: the hiring manager called 10 minutes late (of a 30 minute interview). She asked a series of yes/no questions and was extremely curt. She explained that she was very busy that day, and didn't need to use the full 30 minutes (which was 20 minutes by the time she joined the call).
I am pretty confident this role was already filled by the time they spoke with me. I felt so defeated - like I wasn't given the opportunity to discuss my skillset or any technical questions.

Recruiter screen went very quickly, so quickly I could not tell whether I did well or not. She didnt ask any follow up questions, so I couldnt tell how she was assessing me or not either.

final round was very challenging - 6 people on call that were drilling in terms of challenging client questions. Up to then the other rounds were good. Ended up not getting the offer.
