It started with a simple phone interview, with questions regarding most recent projects and results. Very little emphasis was given to the technical aspect, change management was of prime interest. 2 Weeks after the phone interview, there was a on-site interview with a presentation to explain any project from start to finish with tangible results, without any questions regarding the project. They may have already selected an internal candidate, with this being a dog n a pony show.
