I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Pioneer
Interview
Applied online, had phone interview, and then 3 hour face-to-face interview. All of these went very well, but the hiring process is a joke. This company is not serious about hiring anyone. 2 months after the interview, I got a rejection email only to have this job posted again on the job boards even after having all preferred qualifications. I will never apply for this company again. Don't waste your time!

There were three panel interviews with groups of 3-4 and a couple one on one interviews with the scientists. Each interview lasted about an hour and there was a tour of the facility. It was a bit nerve-racking but if you know your way around behavioral interview questions, you'll do well.
