The first step was to apply online. There was then an initial on campus interview where I met with the head of the department and another adviser. After this was complete a second interview was set up at their headquarters. It consisted of lunch with all the interviewers and 8 candidates. Then there were 4 rounds of 30 min interviews with 4 different interviewers. Overall it was pretty easy but repetitive.
