The interview process consisted of a company tour, there were employees in that current position all day there to answer questions about the job. The interview process consisted of three different interviews with a team of two people asking question in each interview session. They also provided lunch where we ate with those would be interviewing us. I would suggest that you come prepared with lots of questions they really wanted the process to be an active dialogue. My first impression is that DuPont Pioneer definitely offers opportunities to get experience in various departments throughout the company.
