Talked to Recruiter. Scheduled interview. In person interview. everything went well. Recruiter really wanted to know if you would be a good personality fit. Job revolves a lot around customer support so being friendly and relate able is what they were really looking for. Initial call wasn't asked technical questions.

Phone interview with recruiter before scheduling an in person interview with the recruiter, office/operations manager, and two leads (one of which is now my team lead). The interview started with an accounting quiz before going in to the in person interview. Received a phone call a day or two after the interview about an offer & received the physical offer a few days later.
