I applied online. I interviewed at PioneerRx Pharmacy Software (Irving, TX) in Oct 2020
Interview
I applied online and got contacted by a recruiter and scheduled a 30 min phone interview that included a few basic generic IT questions ("If you don't know the answer to those simple questions then you are in the wrong profession or need to strength your core understanding of IT" kind of questions).
The next step was an hour zoom interview with 2 managers, which I had almost a whole week of time slots to pick the day that suited me. The interview was a mix of smart situational questions that you will probably face if you work as a hardware support. Some questions were challenging; however, the interviewers want to see how are you gonna react and figure out the issue. The interview revolves around who you really are as a person, what do you know and if you are going to fit the culture; which was very interesting to me, unlike the conventional IT questions that I get asked in interviews all the time. I had about 10 - 15 min at the end to ask all the questions I wanted.
A few days later I got an offer which I gladly accepted. The whole process took less than 2 weeks
