They asked me to review my work experience with them. They ask some specific questions about each job. They were very straightforward and lined out the next steps right away. They seemed very motivated to get me placed in a position and all of the questions were geared towards getting to know me as a person and getting a feel for my experience and work ethic. There were no tricks, everything was straightforward.
