The process was very detailed, but well worth it. The staffing industry is a tough one and the team at Piper made sure I knew what I was getting myself into. They allow you to come into the office to shadow their recruiters during the interview process. The team even took the opportunity to met with me for lunch to get to know me outside of a professional setting. I met with all of the members of the management team before they made a decision.

They want to get to know you as a real person, not just some interviewee. Some of their questions were personal, but they made sure I knew that I was not required to go into any details that I was not comfortable with. They also thanked me for each answer I gave that got "personal" or was out of the norm. It was very refreshing that they actually wanted to know real me, beyond the typical interview questions.

The interview was pretty simple, in person. It was based on my resume and prior experience. The team gave a no-nonsense feel that lets you know they took their role seriously. I respected that.
