Most interviews I have ever had to do, they really made me jump through hoops. I believe I had 6 interviews and 1 or 2 phone interviews. They were mostly casual "getting to know you" chats to meet various members of the company, but it was still stressful and took lots of time.
Thank you for this feedback. The company has recently begun building out our internal hiring program to help better accommodate candidates interviewing with us. We do value candidates time and have made great strides to help combat a lengthy process.

Phone screening with the corporate recruiter who was excellent
There were 4 rounds of interviews after - 3 virtual interviews and then meeting with all 3 in person. Which drags the process out too long.

The interview was pretty simple, in person. It was based on my resume and prior experience. The team gave a no-nonsense feel that lets you know they took their role seriously. I respected that.
