Was very informal and recruiter had lack of understand of the position. Overall the whole interview was easy and I was offered the position but had to wait for the bid to be approved.

It was really good process. it was a 1-1 chat with them. They met me at the client site and asked for my needs and helped me to transition my contract form then employer to themselves. They made it look very easy
