It's a voice call and the whole process is about 15 minutes long. The recruiter asks about the educational background, date availability to start working, and some commute questions followed by compensation if you were located far away from the company.

Interview
Hiring manager was very nice at first but also very pushy to get my information. Made me feel skeptical and I wish I did not continue the interview process and went with my gut feeling. After providing my information, I had an interview with piper then another with their “ client”. They did not tell me they are a staffing firm- not a research firm and I would be working for two companies essentially, working and paid by piper but actually located at their clients location following all of their information. Too much!
