Piper Companies Software Engineer interview questions

For the first time I had such weird experience with staffing agency like that: I had to talk to recruiter THREE times before my resume was sent to hiring manager. Everytime same information, same questions. In general it took about an hour. Just for taking the same things. I had to stay overtime to work for wasted hour. Recruiter asked me personal questions I've never been asked before like what I'm going to do tonight. Also, they can connect you after working hours, at night. I wouldn't choose that company to be my employer.
