First interview was a panel. Hiring manager and then 3-4 other associates. Was a neutral experience, but didn't get to connect with anyone or learn anything outside of the job description due to the nature of the interview.
There was a first round HireVue. The super day was surprisingly very chill. They kind of just said - what questions do you have for us haha. There were four rounds. No stock pitch. No technicals. Probably because it was an entry level position.
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Piper Sandler (Minneapolis, MN) in May 2023
Interview
Interview process was good. Great people but don't think I matched the fit of team. Got asked questions on financial statements and did a modeling practice test. Made it to final round but then did not hear after that.
