Interview
I was happy to receive a call from HR at first, went through the initial interview and was told there would be next one. Couple of days later, Video conference interview was scheduled and set to meet with the manager and director, then got email, i would have met with the manager only instead, then another email to state that it had to cancel and reschedule. Then I rescheduled to the following week. At that moment, I didn't really care if one less person to meet with as long as there is an interview with at least a manager. So I took a day off just for that and wanted to focus on the interview even though it is a video interview and was thinking that I had a big chance because my skill set and experience are so close to the job description. To my huge disappointment, at the very last minute, like a couple of hours before the interview, I got another email saying they had to cancel the interview!!! I was like, shouldn't they confirm all these before setting appointment with candidate? I mean... if they found someone, at least go through a show, spend some time in the interview and reject me later. This is a big blow, having set it up with high hope and then changed two times and finally canceled. This is very unorganized and unprofessional.
