I remember applying here, and unfortunately, I didn't have a positive experience. The interview process was professional at first, but I was disappointed by the lack of communication afterward. I was not informed of the outcome and received no response despite following up. A simple update, even a rejection, would have been appreciated. I hope the recruiter and the Manager in that company (Makati Philippines site) improves its communication with candidates. We (Applicants) also invest our time and effort throughout the application process, so I believe it's important for companies to be professional and transparent by providing timely updates, even if the decision is not to move forward. Clear communication shows respect for every applicant's time.
