Be ready for cheesy management round of interview.
Same set of questions in every interview but by different persons.

Interview
I gave interview for QA position. 3 technical and managerial rounds completed. On second day they called me for HR round. HR head from Pune office rejected my profile because I had 4 companies in 7.5 years of career.

Interview
Got a call from consultancy. The next day my telephonic was scheduled with a online paper which contains testing and some interview question. After 2 days i was called for F2F technical rouns at Noida where i was being interviewed for 30min each round. Later HR came and told me that the interview is clear and asked to wait for 2 days. But after a wait of 9 days they told me tht they hired some one else and i am on hold. If you did not want to hire me then why i was being told that everything looks good and would release the offer letter soon. The response was REALLY PATHETIC.
