I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pitney Bowes in Jun 2025
Interview
Initial interview with recruiter, followed by credit officer, Followed by 2 more interviews up the chain to the bank CEO. They were primarily interested in work experience and how it would transfer to this role. No difficult questions, no personality questions. After 4 rounds of interviews and 3 follow up emails sent after the final interview (1 to potential boss, 2 to the recruiter) I never heard a word from them. When I got my final interview with the CEO (almost a month after applying), I saw that the CEO had reposted the job posting on their LinkedIn just a day before my interview.
