Interview
Interviewer seemed uninterested/a little robotic. Made no effort to have an actual conversation. Sounded like she was reading off a checklist/form and not actually digging in to who I was as a candidate or HR professional. I currently do everything the role requires, but her questions didn't seem to get into any of that - just a bunch of fake scenarios that could have applied to any role.
After taking time to have a phone interview and then hour-long video interview, I was definitely disappointed to received one of those generic canned responses from their applicant tracking system.
Seems like a great company, but the candidate experience /interviewing structure could use some work.

Question 1
A list of about ten "tell me a time when.." questions and one "rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 on these 5 things" type of questions one after another. Pretty generic, could apply to any role
