The interview process started with an introductory chat with the recruitment manager. This was followed by a series of virtual interviews - hiring manager, VP, panel, and CEO (mainly a formality). The interviews were loosely structured and felt more like casual conversations. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The whole process took about a week and I received an offer the day after my last interview.
